Pursuant to the Federal Law No.152-Federal Law of 27.07.2006 “On personal data” (as amended), I (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Subject), acting on my own free will and in my own interest, hereby provide Transgroup LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Website) with my consent to process my personal data specified in registration via filling in the web-form on the website / sent (filled in) by using the Website. Personal data shall mean any information related to me as the Personal Data Subject, including my surname, name, patronymic, address, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail, postal address), profession, job position, photographs, any other information. Personal data processing shall mean the collection, systematization, accumulation, specification, updating, change, use, distribution, transfer (including cross-border), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, permanent storage, and any other actions (operations) with regard to the personal data. Processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject shall be carried out exclusively for the purposes of registration of the Personal Data Subject in the data base of the website / followed by sending to the Personal Data Subject of mail messages and sms notifications including of advertising content from the website /, affiliates thereof and/or subcontractors, informational and news letters, invitations to events of the website /, and other information of advertising and news nature, as well as with the purpose of confirmation of the Personal Data Subject personality in visiting the events of the website /. Date of issue of the consent to proccesing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject shall be the date of sending of the registration web-form from the website /. According to the current legislation of the Russian Federation and internal provisions of the website /, processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject may be performed by means of automation technologies and/or without automation technologies. The website / takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures or ensures their taking in order to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions with regard to personal data, and also assumes an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data of the Personal Data Subject. The website / shall be entitled to engage subcontractors for the processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject, and also transfer the personal data for processing to its affiliates, while ensuring that such subcontractors and affiliates accept the relevant obligations regarding the personal data confidentiality. I am aware that: this consent to processing of my personal data specified in registration on the Website /, sent (filled in) using the Website shall be valid for 20 (twenty) years from the date of registration on the Website /;

the consent may be withdraw by me on the basis of the written application in any form;

provision of personal data of third parties without their consent shall be punished according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
